Ferry to Isla de Lobos from Corralejo

Enjoy Lobos Island at your leisure and without rush by booking the ferry from Corralejo to Lobos Island.

There are four reasons why booking the ferry is worth it: affordable price, comfort, speed of transfer and flexible schedules.

Unlike other boat tours, the ferry will drop you off and pick you up directly at the Lobos Island dock.

Two different boats provide the ferry service and will transport you comfortably from Corralejo to Lobos or vice versa in just 15 minutes: the Lobos Island Ferry and the Celia Cruz catamaran.

The ferry leaves every day and you just have to book in advance by choosing the departure time if you’re going directly to the pier on your own 9:45, 11:00, 12:30 and 13:30. You can return at 14:00. 16:15 and 17:15. Remember to always be there 20 minutes before departure time for boarding.

To take advantage of the pick-up and transfer service to and from the Corralejo Pier, keep in mind that in the Caleta de Fuste and Corralejo areas you can do the tour with pick-up on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays for the 9:45 ferry departure, returning at 14:00. And if you are staying in southern Fuerteventura, the tour is only done on Fridays with the ferry leaving at 11:00 and returning at 14:00 or 16:00, where the bus returning south departs at 16:30.

Once on Lobos Island, you will have time to do one or more activities. If you like hiking, explore the island by walking along its many trails.

If you feel strong enough, climb to the 127-meter-high volcano summit to enjoy some magnificent views of the islet.

If what you want is to relax and enjoy a day at the beach, Lobos will offer some quiet beaches, with few people, where you can enjoy swimming in its crystal-clear waters and snorkeling if you bring your equipment.

In short, on Lobos Island you’ll spend a different and pleasant day with various possibilities. And the ferry transfer to the island is the most comfortable, economical and flexible way for you to enjoy a few hours on this islet, the wild paradise of the Canary Islands.

** If you book with the pick-up option, you must indicate the name of your accommodation or your address during the booking process so that we can inform you of the nearest pick-up location and time. Don’t worry if it’s not exactly at your hotel since your reservation voucher will show the details of the pick-up point and time along with a map of how to get there from your accommodation.

Recommendations:

Bring drinks and food (there is only one small restaurant and reservations are not available), sunglasses, swimwear if you want to swim, sunscreen, a hat and a coat depending on the time of year.

Requirements:

• You need to come with the day’s authorization pass to go to Lobos Island since it may be required to show it at any time during your stay on the islet. You can obtain the authorization 5 days before the departure date here https://lobospass.com/authorizations. Don’t worry about which of the two authorization hours you take.  If it is requested, you will only need to show that you have the pass for the day.
